Christmas Shipping FAQs

Will I get my order in time for Christmas?

To guarantee your order in time for Christmas, with standard shipping make sure you place your order by the following dates

UK - 20th December

Europe - 15th December

US - 11th December

Rest of the World - Email us to see if we can guarantee delivery by Christmas to your location, please note expedited shipping charges may apply.

What if I place my order after that date, but would still like Christmas Delivery?

If you need to place an order after your location's guaranteed delivery date, email us and we will do our best to accommodate. We are also able to organise specified day or weekend delivery dates for the UK.

Please note that expedited or specified day & weekend deliveries will incur an extra shipping charge.

My order is a gift, do you provide gift receipts?

We don't supply specific gift receipts, however your order will be packed with a packing slip that does not show the price of anything you have ordered. If you would prefer an invoice which shows pricing please email us.

My order is a gift, can the recipient return their items if they don't like it?

We are only able to issue refunds to the original payment method and to the original buyer, however we are able to issue exchanges or gift cards on return of a gifted item. Make sure your recipient has your packing slip with your order number and buyer details, just in case.

I received one of your books as a gift, how do I do an exchange or get a gift card?

If your present came with one of our packing slips, send a copy of it to and we will initiate the returns process. You will pack up and send your items back to us, and when we've received your items we will either issue an electronic gift card to you or send out your chosen exchange items.

If your present did not come with a packing slip, we will need some information from the original buyer, like their full name, email address used to purchase and if possible, an order number & we will do our best to identify the original order. 

Please note that we do not cover postage costs for return or exchange.
