Coronavirus Shipping Advice and Updates

Despatch Times

In order to support our staff in working from home as much as possible, we have reduced order despatch to once a week. This is also to limit the amount of strain placed on local and international delivery networks.

We aim to despatch your order within 7 days, but please do bear with us as we do have a small back-log to process.

Safety

Every single parcel will now be shipped in a wipe-clean plastic delivery bag using only couriers who have committed to No Contact deliveries.

RRB Staff members are now working mostly from home. We have limited staff to working alone when working from home is not possible. All staff have been briefed on hand-washing procedure and have been instructed to follow UK Government advice on social distancing strictly.

Shipping Costs

Our shipping costs remain the same, with free delivery on UK orders over £100 and free delivery to international locations over £250. We have been advised by our couriers that there will be surcharges applied to some international orders but we are committed to absorbing these as far as possible, however as this is a very fast moving situation it is possible this may change for some orders.

UK Orders - DPD

We have upgraded all economy shipping orders to Next Day courier service with DPD at no extra cost. This means all orders will be tracked allowing you to better manage your delivery. Each parcel is packed in wipe-clean plastic packaging and DPD have committed to 'No Contact' delivery.

DPD's delivery network remains strong, with 99.4% of deliveries happening on time, allowing us to maintain shipping with minimal disruption.

European Orders - DPD

European deliveries are now happening as normal, with delays of up to 24 hours possible to most locations. As of May 4th We have been advised that ROI delivery addresses can be affected by delays of up to 72 hours.

All Postcode restrictions across Europe have now been lifted.

If we are unable to use DPD for your order, we will aim to use FedEx, please see information for US & Rest of World

US & Rest of World - FedEx

We are currently unable to ship to Australia due to the restricted number of flights and suspension of our courier services to the country. All orders to Australia will be held until such times as these shipping routes reopen.

Deliveries to the US and the rest of the world are being shipped as normal, with most locations experiencing delays in transit.
