Mdisi Bibi Safara. 32 Afrikanische Bilder Photographs by Wolfgang Vennemann and text by Balder Olden. Portfolio containing 16 pages of text bound in printed wrappers, together with 32 photogravure illustrations, each mounted on a sheet of heavy paper (each mount is numbered and fitted with a tissue guard). Covers a little worn and dust-soiled but otherwise a fine copy. Limited edition of 500 copies , this one numbered 275. Wolfgang Vennemann, a German photographer was active in Africa in the 1920's, in France in the 1930's and on the Western Front in the 1940's. The photographs are of the various peoples of Africa, from the North to the Sub-Sahara regions.
